Our Staff members are great and have developed an excellent sense of teamwork and cooperation with each other and with Dr. Prince. Together our main focus is to take care of all of your needs when you come into our practice. These needs include helping you feel comfortable and letting you know how you can best improve your dental health. Our staff members include:
Dr. Dona Prince
Dr. Prince was born right here in Sioux City. This is her home town. She earned her undergraduate degree at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. After receiving her undergraduate degree, she attended the Loyola University School of Dentistry in Chicago, IL and earned her DDS in 1981. She also has earned a Fellowship in AGD. Continuing education is important to Dr. Prince. In 2013 she received the Mastership Award from the Academy of General Dentistry. She has received the Standard Accreditation for Laser treatments and is working on her Advanced Accreditation. Her big goal and big focus with the practice is to stay current and up to date with the latest dental developments and technologies. Success and perseverance is not something new to Dr. Prince and her practice. While the practice was originally established in 1981 (as the first female dentist ever in Sioux City), the practice grew and progressed to the point where she could move the practice to a more easily accessible and better location in 2002. “One of the great benefits of the newer location,” Dr. Prince says, “is that there’s more parking.” Throughout her career, Dr. Prince has become a respected member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of Laser Dentistry and the Special Care in Dentistry Organization (an organization for dentists to provide care and treatment for special needs in dentistry). Dr. Prince is married and has two grown children. She is a animal lover and is a proud owner of a miniature dachshund.
Dona Prince, DDS was recently featured in Siouxland Women Magazine.

About Our Dental Team
Our Assistants work to provide efficiency to procedures and to keep you comfortable during the appointment. They also make sure the levels of infection control are maintained and exceeded. They are very knowledgeable and can answer your questions. Both hygienists are excited about what healthy teeth and gums can do for your general health and what a good-looking smile can do for your attitude. They provide the ongoing care that good oral health requires. They practice non-surgical treatment for gum disease and maintenance. Both are certified in using lasers to help with periodontal diseases. Our office is also excited about seeing your children. They make an extra effort to make them comfortable with necessary dental services. We will teach them how to take care of their teeth, provide the latest in fluoride treatments, and place preventative sealants on their teeth. All of this is to minimize or prevent any fillings. Our dental care revolves around the latest technology and best practices.
